THE BEGINNING

Thank you for stopping by, my name is Pete and I'm the owner of Breezu Cleaning Services Ltd. Like most new business owners, I had very little knowledge in the way of actually running a business, but equipped with knowledge, motivation and a desire to succeed, I created Breezu back in 2017. I started as a sole trader with big dreams. With over 35 years experience in the industry, I realised that I had the knowledge and self-belief to start my own business, but I still lacked business sense and it showed. When I think back to my pricing strategy (I use the word "strategy" very loosely here!) I shudder a bit, but it's the mistakes you make that you learn from. Over the last few years especially, I have learned a lot. I have moved on to learning how to grow a business and I am still learning every single day. I turned Breezu into Breezu Cleaning Services Ltd in 2019 and we have been a success ever since.

These days, we are far more streamlined in how we deliver our services. I have only just started to ease back on the cleaning side of things and although that is my passion, I now understand that I need to manage more and leave the cleaning and checking to my amazing and skilled cleaning teams. And talking of teams - what a team we have! Every single Breezu team member has proven to not only be naturally good at what they do, but show passion and pride in everything they do and genuinely want Breezu to succeed and to be a force to be reckoned with.

Without the support and dedication of our cleaners, we wouldn't have the business we have today and we are so extremely proud of each and every one of them and of course, we do let them know that too.

 

There is no doubt that running a business has proven to be a massive challenge and will drain every last bit of energy from you sometimes, but I wouldn't change what I do for anything. I absolutely LOVE what I do, the people I meet, the team who I work alongside, the stepping in to clean when it's needed, the rigorous checks we do, the endless emails and paperwork. I could not be happier.

In my spare time, I tend to go for very long walks with my partner and Teddy (our amazing Jack Russel) and take advantage of living in torquay and being so close to the sea and beautiful beaches. I'm also a bit of a geek and enjoy building websites (like this one!) and playing computer games (badly!). I am lucky to have a very supportive partner of over 20 years and a family that also help to support me when I need it, even if it's just for a chat or a cuppa. 

THE FUTURE

Our aim is simple. Breezu will always deliver quality, high standard and positively accomplished results to all of our customers. We will analyse, maintain and improve our services as well. We intend to be competitive with our pricing but not at the cost of the quality of the work we provide. In the South-West of the UK, there are thousands of cleaning business, we aim to be the very best one and the business that everyone thinks to recommend first. By being honest, transparent, friendly and reliable, we are already half way there.

Are your cleaners sub-sontractors or employed? Both! We are open to self-employed and employed team members.

Are your cleaners trained? Of course. From personal on-site training to COSHH and Health and Safety, we ensure our teams are fully prepared for your peace of mind.

Are you open weekends? Absolutely. We are available 24/7/365 and are proud to be able to help out at a moments notice if needed.

Are you insured? Yes we are, paperwork is available on request.
